L+T was established by engineers Friedhelm Ludewig and Heinrich Tillmann in 1971 as “Ludewig & Tillmann Regel- und Sicherheitstechnik Gas” (that stands for “control and safety equipment gas“ with its headquarters in Dortmund-Barop, Germany. Initially, it manufactures fittings and devices for the gas technology.

LT GASETECHNIK manufactures and supplies standardized serial gas mixers for flammable or non-flammable, corrosive or toxic gases, including associated technical control and analysis technology.

LT GASETECHNIK provides individually planned Serial Gas Mixers and gas process plants for control system of pressure and/or flow or as gas mixing system. We design and manufacture Serial Gas Mixers for industrial gases applications with flammable or non-flammable, corrosive or toxic industrial gases, including associated control and analysis technology.

LT GasAnalyzer
Highly performance analyser for measuring the concentration of technical gases based on a thermal conductivity sensor, an infrared sensor a paramagnetic sensor or combinations of these sensors. Sensors are precise, robust and have a low cross-sensitivity.
The special features are;
- Gas mixture-depending sensors: thermal conductivity sensor, infrared sensor, or paramagnetic sensor, or a combination of these sensors
- High reproducibility due to low drift (= long-term stability), optionally with automatic calibration
- Innovative optional equipment such as fully automatic operation, integrated PLC eg. for measured value depending control, status message in plain text via text message or email, Wi- Fi, and some more

Dome loaded pressure controller LTD-1 with the following special features:
- For almost all technical gases, air and liquids
- Broad performance spectrum: 10 … 2,500 m3/h
- Wide working pressure range:

- No “flutter”, even with large inlet pressure fluctuations

If the particularly even outlet pressure is important, dome pressure regulators show their strengths. In contrast to the simple pressure regulator with steel springs, the dome pressure regulator uses a compressible gas (internal or external medium). This gas pressure accumulator achieves a sensitive response without self-damping and without spring characteristic curve.
This is why LT dome pressure regulators have a extra large cathedral chamber.
LT safety devices are available in different versions, for acetylene, for oxygen and for all other flammable and non-flammable gases. All variants have a type approval from BAM. All current and valid technical rules are met, such as the Pressure Equipment Directive 97/23 / EG, TRAC, BetrSichV, EN 730-1, EN 561 and ISO 5175-1. It is used in accordance with BGR 500, chap. 2.26 and BGR 500, chap. 2.32.
